Private Law (contact) – assisting with difficulties with your partner/ex-partner spending time with your children.
Drafting preliminary letters, assist in mediation referrals, drafting Court applications, and can also attend Court to represent you where needed.
Also assisting in many other areas such as Specific Issue Orders, Special Guardianship Orders, prohibited Steps Orders, etc.

Domestic Abuse – assisting you if you have been affected by domestic abuse.
Send warning letters to abusers and, if you’re eligible, draft applications to the Court for Non-Molestation Orders and representing you.

Child Protection – assist you if you’re involved with the Local Authority (social services), attend Child Protection Conferences and PLO meetings.
