Redcar and Cleveland Citizens Advice is delighted to announce a new community partnership with Tees Valley Women’s Centre, funded by the Woodsmith Foundation and the Mercers’ Charitable Foundation.
As part of this partnership, Citizens Advice advisers will now be based at Tees Valley Women’s Centre from Monday to Thursday, offering free, confidential and independent advice to women and families living in the South Bank ward.
This new service will provide support with:
Benefits
Debt and money worries
Housing issues
Family concerns
Consumer problems
Immigration
Law and courts
To mark the launch of the partnership, we invite local residents and partners to join us at a special Save the Date event:
Date: Wednesday 21 January 2026
Time: 11:00am – 1:00pm
Location: Tees Valley Women’s Centre
This partnership strengthens our shared commitment to ensuring residents can easily access the advice, support and services they need within their own community. We are grateful for the continued support of local organisations and funders in making this possible.
We look forward to welcoming you in the New Year to hear more about how this service can support women and families across South Bank and the wider Tees Valley.
